Submit your changes easily
If your business has a website through Alamond Marketing, your subscription includes one free revision request per month which resets on the 1st of every month.
No problem! If your revision request doesn't meet the free monthly requirements, we'll send you an email explaining what changes can be made for free and what would require an additional investment. We'll work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
The revision form allows up to 10 revision slots in one submission so you can upload images, request text changes, color edits, and more all at once.
Please allow approximately 4–5 business days for revision completion after submission.
Update your chatbot's responses
If you have an AI Chatbot through Alamond Marketing, your subscription includes free revision requests to update your chatbot's responses, knowledge base, and behavior.
The revision form allows you to describe exactly what changes you'd like to make to your chatbot's responses and behavior.
Please allow approximately 4–5 business days for revision completion after submission.
Improve your virtual receptionist
If you have an AI Receptionist through Alamond Marketing, your subscription includes free revision requests to update greetings, call handling, and response scripts.
The revision form allows you to describe exactly what changes you'd like to make to your AI Receptionist's behavior and responses.
Please allow approximately 4–5 business days for revision completion after submission.
Choose how you'd like to submit your request
Submit a cancellation request using the form below or by contacting us directly. We recommend using the cancellation form for faster processing.
Services go offline permanently. Once canceled, your website, AI caller, chatbot, and other active services will stop working immediately.
Processing takes up to 48 hours. Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
Refund eligibility. To receive a refund if charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your billing date.
Each service has its own subscription — you can cancel one service while keeping others active.
Connect your domain with ease
Need help connecting your domain or adding Alamond Marketing as a temporary admin?
If you're setting up a new website with Alamond Marketing and already have a domain, we may need temporary access to your domain settings.
Why? When transferring a new website onto your existing domain, we need to route the website to your domain. We follow a strict procedure to ensure everything is set up correctly and securely.
Whether you have your domain with Squarespace, Google Domains, GoDaddy, or any other registrar — we can help use your original domain and get everything launched smoothly.
We follow strict security protocols and only use access for website publishing, DNS setup, and domain connection purposes. You may remove access immediately after setup is completed.

For domains purchased through Google Domains
Google Domains has been acquired by Squarespace. If you originally purchased through Google, your domain is now managed in Squarespace.
Grant domain management access on Squarespace
Learn how to add a domain manager through Squarespace's dashboard so Alamond Marketing can help configure your DNS settings.
Grant delegate access — Domains only
When adding a delegate, select access level as Domains Only — this limits permissions to domain management without full account access.
Assign domain management permissions
Follow the steps in the video, but when you reach the Invite Collaborators tab, do NOT check Website Manager. Instead, scroll down and check Domain Manager under Billing Roles.
Grant full access to domain settings
Follow the video step by step. Make sure to grant full access to domain settings so Alamond Marketing can manage DNS and domain configuration on your behalf.
General steps for any domain registrar
Go on YouTube and search "How to add domain manager on _____" (replace with your domain company's name). Most registrars have a similar process — look for options like Delegate Access, Domain Managers, or Sharing in your domain settings.

Why? We need access to your profile to optimize it properly, update information, add photos, manage reviews, and ensure your business is visible to potential customers. We follow a strict procedure to ensure everything is set up correctly and securely.
We follow strict security protocols and only use access for Google Business Profile optimization purposes. Access can be removed by you at any time.
Please note: Optimizations can take 4–7 business days once the form is filled out.
